Semco Welcomes Nadia Lopez, Our New Office Manager
Semco Carbon is a graphite company with tons of graphite stored in our warehouse and expensive state-of-the-art CNC machines that perform graphite production operations on our shop floor, but our most valuable assets are our amazing employees. We are always excited to bring a new person on board, and now we have the honor of welcoming our most recent addition to the team, the new Office Manager Nadia Lopez. “Office Manager” is a catch-all term that can include various duties, depending on the company. In her short time here, Nadia has already started working with our Estimation, Production, and Shipping/Receiving Departments, taking over the responsibilities of order entry and customer order confirmation, as well as the million other small and large duties that come with working in the office of a growing and thriving company. Nadia’s targeted work in our office has already improved Semco’s communication with our customers and vendors. Although Nadia had never worked at a graphite company before, she was able to make such an immediate impact at Semco because she came to us with over ten years of warehousing, manufacturing, and freight forwarding experience. When she’s not at the office, Nadia enjoys traveling with her family, playing basketball, and fishing. Nadia has quite a creative streak which she nourishes by painting, crocheting, and cooking. We are so glad to have Nadia as part of the Semco team.
