Shipping and Handling of Your Finished Graphite Product: |

Each Member of our staff at Semco Carbon takes great pride in the graphite components we custom manufacture for our customers, and because of that fact we also make every effort to ensure your order is packaged to arrive safely. We know that products damaged in shipment and deliveries delayed due to improper shipping information cause problems for both the customer and Semco Carbon. We believe that packaging and shipping correctly are as important as manufacturing the components themselves.

Semco Carbon can ship your products via UPS, FED-EX, LTL, Common Carrier and for our local customers we use a variety of courier services. Semco Carbon can handle the shipping charges either prepaid & add, collect or third party billing. Semco Carbon shipping policy requires shipping insurance on all UPS, FED-EX packages valued over $100.00.
As our products vary widely in size and value it is necessary to determine the packaging and shipping charges at time of shipment. We bill our customers only for actual packaging material used and shipping cost incurred. Our valued customers can expect their packaging and shipping charges to consist of the following charges on normal sized domestic shipments.
